Any complaints or, challenges can be quickly resolved because of this. However, it could have also created a dis-benefit for the force with manual re keying, trawling of data or, even reverting to paper around the reporting, tracking and administration of any footage.
The force has utilised NEP enabled functionality of M365 forms to make a fresh clean reporting mechanism.
Along with this Power Automate has been used to create a report, triggered by a reoccurrence once a month. This taking out all the manual re keying that would have occurred if M365 not been in place.
The flow lists all requests in the spread sheet, gets the SPOC email address, filters the data by district, creates separate CSVs and sends individual emails with those CSVs attached to the SPOCs.
These reports can be used by the districts to monitor the requests and workload as well as track benefits.
